This Privacy Policy explains how Meal Match ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated by Alpha IT Solutions Ltd, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and mobile app (the "Service"). We are based in the United Kingdom and comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Providing medical conditions is entirely optional. If you choose to provide health-related information, you consent to us processing it for the sole purpose of generating your plan.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following providers strictly so they can perform services on our behalf:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data from our active systems. See how to delete your account.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@meal-match.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
